Here's what we did to maintain the used MPAG plansifters:
Checked bearings for wear, cleaned off all old grease, and repacked them with fresh grease.
Sanded down and Re-blackened any rusted parts.
Replaced worn or deformed components.
Repainted and powder-coated the housings.

Absolute cleaning inside and outside.
Top clamping box and the bottom outlet distribution box.
