Renewed Buhler MDDV Roll Removal Device

The MDDV height-adjustable roll removal device is a fixture for changing the mill rolls of MDDK and MDDL roller mills from Bühler.
It includes all the tools required for changing the rolls, along with a shuttle lift with pallet truck for lifting and transporting the rolls.

It comprises:
1) The height-adjustable electro-hydraulic scissor shuttle lift with pallet truck for lifting and transporting the mill rolls.
2) The service trolley with all accessories and appurtenances for the hydraulic removal and installation of the roll bearings, drive belt pulleys and idler gears.

We have the full range of Original Bühler MDDV roll removal device and matching tooling in stock, ready for order and shipment. We can also supply brand-new machines if required.
