Destoner Low Pressure Fan

This heavy-duty centrifugal blower is the aspiration heart of the Bühler MTSD 120/120 gravity destoner, delivering the stable negative-pressure air stream (≈12 mbar) that fluidizes the grain bed for efficient separation of stones, glass and metal.
Powered by a robust Siemens motor built for continuous 24/7 duty, its volute housing converts impeller discharge into steady, low-pulsation airflow while keeping the machine under negative pressure to prevent dust emission.
The belt-driven design with an adjustable, vibration-isolated base ensures easy tensioning and quiet running. Engineered for rugged, low-maintenance operation, it maximizes separating efficiency and grain recovery across wheat, maize and rye lines.
