The Diorit comes in a wide range of sizes and options. So you can design it to fit your mill or processing plant.

Change the roller pack in less than one hour

You can change the Diorit’s Quick Pack roller pack quickly, in less than an hour. This cuts downtime and helps to increase productivity.

Sensors monitor the temperature, positioning and speed of the rollers

We have designed the Diorit for safety. Sensors monitor the temperature of the rollers and bearings to prevent overheating. Sensors also check the roller disengagement function and the roller speed.

Hygienic Design

The Diorit roller mill comes in two designs – the four-roller mill MDDY and the eight-roller mill MDDZ. Both are available in a range of sizes and options. Choose between roller diameters of 250 mm and 300 mm and roller lengths of 600 mm to 1500 mm. There is an optional cooling system to cool the front rollers and direct suction so you can install the roller mill without an additional floor.

The Diorit is equipped with modern sensor technology. This monitors the rollers to check if they are disengaged and stops them running against each other if there is no product going through the mill. Additional sensors monitor the temperature and speed of the rollers.

The Diorit comes in a rugged cast iron frame so you can operate it day and night.

Intuitive graphical user interface.

Diorit's new control is characterized by its adaptability, ease of use and flexibility. The eb server of the new machine control allows monitoring and operation of the roller ill from different devices, including smartphones, tablets and PCs. You decide how ou wish to interact with your roller mills. The integrated touch screen on the Diorit is o longer necessary but available as an option.
