Customer: One Degree Organic Foods, this is a client who contacted us in February year of 2026. I was surprised and excited when I received the first email from Orlando Jaden and he emailed us about the Buhler MVSR100 and MVSR150 Air Recycling Aspirator made By Buhler, we were a little ran out of stock back then, so we could not make a direct deal in February and I told him we might buy one or two more Buhler MVSQ or MVSR in near futures.
He waited for two months till we have more Buhler aspirators back to our warehouse, we sent our offer and delivery cost to his email for his company approval. After several months waiting, we finally received his payment in our bank account. The initial delivery time in the invoice is 25 days, however it took more than 30 days as we had 7 days Labour’s Holiday in China, but Orlando did not push me too much on the delivery time after hearing my explanation. We prepared an extra outlet for his Aspirator to make sure he will run this Buhler Aspirator successfully without any problems during installation in Canada.
