Customer name: EBCOM from Pakistan, owner is Mr Ejaz Bhutta, our first meeting time was in year of 2010, 16 years ago, it was long long time ago since I was in this business after 3 years. He visited our used flour milling machines warehouse and had the lunch together with me and our team. What he was interested with were the Robinson roller mills, we had 64 pcs Robinson Simon Roller mills in our stock at that time. 80% of these roll stands were exported to Pakistan, including some used purifiers, used plansifters and blower fans etc. However after years and years, he started the first purchasing in year of 2014. He bought 4 pcs Buhler MQRF46/200 Purifiers from us. The negotiation took about 3 months after sending the offer, he sent his representative to visit us and contacted us for several times and I told Mr Ejaz and his representative (he is his steel business supplier in China) it was last and final offer and took it and left it. I really uncomfortable with such kind of negotiations again and again. My believe is what you are buying is quality and stable performance and long working hours Buhler Milling Machines and the year and condition of these purifiers were in perfect condition and the purifiers deserved a good price and someone who appreciate the quality and this deal. Mr Ejaz Bhutta is good at Bargaining on prices is the first expression in my mind. Above all, I found a real and trusted customer and partner after the first successful deal. Now I find that he likes quality products and he is a man who keeps his promise and commitment all the time. He is a reasonable and decent businessman. Nowadays our business is getting bigger and bigger after 2014, now the avenue sales amount yearly more than 1.5 millions of dollars. Now he is the biggest dealer of our used Buhler flour milling machines in Pakistan, Afghanistan. New business partner relationship will be born soon in year of 2026. Inshallah!
